My Background

Born and raised in Chesapeake, Virginia, I was always encouraged to pursue all things with perseverance. In school, I played basketball, the Alto Saxophone in jazz band, made honor roll every year, and always made time for a side hustle every summer. Naturally being competitive, business has always kept my attention centered on the concept that if you are always planting seeds, your harvest will be endless.

 With over 17 years of experience in entrepreneurship, I come from a mindset of if you want something, no one will give it to you. You have to earn it. My core values are centered around a strong work ethic, collaboration, and resilience. Success is a slow cooked process, not a microwaved order. You have to be coachable and willing to make mistakes. Just know that learning from others' mistakes is one of the most valuable things you can do. Inspiring others achieve success is what drives me every day. I've learned that if you want to be successful you have to hold yourself accountable in all things including time, effort, and energy.
